How do I place an order?

Simply click on a product page and click the “Add to Cart!” button and follow the simple steps for Checkout. We’ll prepare your order and send you a confirmation email.

How fast is the order processed?

In most cases order processing takes between 24-72 hours.

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we try to get them to you as fast as possible. See below for more detail on shipping.

Here are our standard shipping times:

Products & Accesories: Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery on some.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support at Nichecategory@outlook.com.

Our products are shipped from our overseas supplier direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of this custom fee when ordering high value or bulky items.


Do you deliver products internationally?

We successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers around the globe!


I have orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one shipping package?

Since we use different suppliers and warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately unless it's the same item. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you separately! :-)


I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already reached the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyways, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
